Specifying your diet requirements and that you have a need for meals is the only requirement for receiving Meals on Wheels in Hancock County.  There is no age or income restriction for receiving services.  In addition, we have a brief application that needs to be completed in order to get all of the information needed to begin services.  If you would like to complete an online application, please click here.  It takes approximately one week to begin services, although we do make exceptions in emergency situations.  Typically, if your prescription and application are received no later than Thursday morning of any given week, then your meal delivery will begin the following Monday.
